Q: What kind of screw would you be and why?

I was hoping the question would be for a nut so I could say Ginger Nut, but for a screw it would be a countersunk.
When used it’s not in the way or sticking out, but you know it’s there keeping things together.

You never know what type of things will pop up in work and life and it’s how you deal with them and react to them that counts.
**Unless you read the card inlay from the box and see that it is a Hazelnut Whirl.

Q:What do you love most about your job?

Finding solutions to things when they don’t go according to plan or something isn’t quite working.
Identifying these things allows you to make improvements, however small, and can make things better for yourself, your colleagues and ultimately customers.
The team at Spring are like minded and are always willing to identify and make those improvements happen to ensure best practice.

Q: Why is Quality so important?

Unlike my answer to the quote question, Quality should ensure you know exactly what you are going to get.
If it’s a type of product, material, or service, the people and processes we have at Spring should ensure customer requirements are fully met or exceeded.

Q:What advice would you give to your younger self?

I’m still a youngster so wouldn’t want to give too much advice to my younger self, but keep fit, eat more vegetables and take more holidays should cover it.
