Also joining the Spring Family this week is Joshua Pinkett. Joshua is joining us as part of a Modern apprenticeship program.  Below are a few of the questions we asked to get to know him better.

Q: What are you looking forward to most working at Spring?

It will be exciting to see what opportunities this apprenticeship will bring. A growing and thriving organization is the perfect environment for me to develop myself and get to know everyone. As well as looking forward to challenges, I am also looking forward to learning.

 

Q: Where do you want to be in 5 years time?

I would like to progress within the company once I have gained a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business and have the opportunity to challenge myself.

 

Q: What will you bring to Solutions?

Adaptability is one of my strongest skills, and I believe that resolving problems is another. It is easy for me to take criticism, which I see as a positive trait.
