Today we focus on another excellent programme focused on supporting the local community in to work…The Kickstart Programme
Spring Solutions’ very own Lewis McGhee joined us on through The Kickstart Programme last August.
What is the Kickstart programme? This programme helps support getting disadvantaged people in to work who may otherwise not be able to find employment.
Through excelling in this programme Lewis has gone on to be a full-time member of the team, joining us full time in February. Spring have created the working environment to play to Lewis’s strengths, Lewis becoming a valued member of the logistics team.
Lewis works in picking, packing, and shipping in the warehouse as well as supporting in the building of customer kits and supply chain solutions. We have learned a lot in return from Lewis, particularly on his Mastermind topic of Boxing!
